Cycle Commons Studio is designed as a private, device-local space for adult professionals to think through operational handoffs and capture their own learning.

What the app contains

  1. Handoff Matrix. Twenty learning junctions across workflow stages and operational lenses.
  2. Practice Library. Original primers for hospital billing, professional billing, patient access, patient experience and revenue integrity.
  3. Affinity Lab. Learning prompts for analytics, responsible automation, education, quality assurance and informatics.
  4. Decision Deck. Fictional, de-identified situations for discussion. No path is labeled as official policy.
  5. Private Notebook and Saved References. Optional general reflections, bookmarks and matrix progress saved only inside the app.

Important safety boundary

Do not enter protected health information (PHI), patient details, claim or account numbers, payment details, credentials, confidential employer material or real case records into the app.

The app is a general educational tool. It is not an EHR, billing system, compliance service, coding authority, legal adviser or source of payer-specific instructions.

Privacy in plain language

The app has no account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, cloud sync or network permission. Personal notes, bookmarks and progress are stored in app-private local storage. Android backup is disabled, and the app provides an Erase All Local Entries control.
