Lessons, definitions, questions, templates and fictional scenarios are general learning content. They are not medical, coding, billing, reimbursement, financial, legal or compliance advice. Use authorized systems and sources
For real work, follow current laws, contracts, payer guidance, employer procedures and instructions from authorized system owners or qualified professionals. Do not treat an app prompt, glossary entry or scenario option as approval to change a workflow or make a transaction.
No sensitive or confidential data
Do not enter PHI, patient or customer identifiers, claim or account numbers, payment details, credentials, proprietary workflows, confidential employer content or real case records. The app’s local note feature is for general personal reflection, not case documentation or regulated recordkeeping.
Local data and device responsibility
Local notes, bookmarks and progress may be lost if you delete them, clear app storage, uninstall the app, reset or lose the device, or encounter a device failure. Android backup is disabled. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and deciding whether any general reflection is appropriate to store.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app or website to misrepresent endorsement, access restricted material, infringe intellectual property, identify a real person in a fictional exercise, bypass an employer control or make an unlawful decision. Do not extract or repackage app content as official guidance.

Cycle Commons Studio’s original learning copy, arrangement and visual identity are intended for this app. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Epic is a registered trademark of Epic Systems Corporation. Cycle Commons Studio is not an Epic product and is not endorsed, certified, sponsored by or affiliated with Epic Systems Corporation.
Availability and changes
The app and website may be corrected, updated or discontinued. No promise is made that every device, accessibility service or operating-system version will behave identically. Material changes to data behavior should be reflected in the privacy policy before or with the relevant release.
