Use these steps to navigate Cycle Commons Studio, manage optional local entries and keep learning notes free of sensitive information.
Find a learning item
Open the left index rail and choose Matrix, Cases, Library, Notes, Privacy or About. In Library, choose Practice Library, Affinity Lab, Facilitator Strip, Rolodex or Saved, then use the offline search field. Search phrases never leave the device.
Manage bookmarks and progress
- Use Save reference on a library entry, then open the Saved filter to review or remove it.
- Use Save case in the Decision Deck to retain that card’s saved state on the device.
- Open a Matrix cell and choose Not started, Reviewed or Ready to discuss.
- Use Read full entry to expand a library article and Collapse entry to return to the compact card.
Use personal reflections safely
Keep notes general. Never enter PHI, patient details, account or claim numbers, payment data, passwords, confidential employer material or real case records.
Cycle Commons Studio is not designed as a secure case-management or documentation system. Fictional prompts can be discussed without identifying an actual person, employer, customer, payer or account.
Delete local data
Delete one item
Choose Remove saved reference or Remove saved case, set a Matrix cell back to Not started, or use Clear note in the Private Notebook.
Delete everything
Open Privacy, choose Erase All Local Entries and confirm. This removes notes, bookmarks and progress from app-private storage immediately. Android also allows you to clear app storage or uninstall the app.
Deletion cannot be undone. Android backup is designed to be disabled, so local entries may not be recoverable after deletion, uninstallation, storage clearing or device reset.
If the app does not open or content appears incomplete
- Confirm the installed app came from the expected publisher listing and is the current version.
- Restart the app and, if needed, restart the device.
- Check that the device has enough free storage for normal Android operation.
- Before clearing storage or reinstalling, remember that local notes and progress may be permanently erased.
